We have a tradition at Bushido.
We teach because we love the sport and we want you to understand why.

Jiu-Jitsu is a sport that not only works your body but your mind and spirit.

Jiu-Jitsu is an ancient Japanese sport that dates back to the days of the samurai, where it wasn't just about self defense but it was a way of life.

At Bushido we teach the C.J.A. style of Jiu-Jitsu, which stands for Combined Jiu-Jitsu Arts. Both of our main instructors were taught by the great Shihan Bob Kranstz who originally took the Sport of Jiu-Jitsu to a new level. We use his teachings of joint locks, throws, sparring, and Brazilian grappling and help our students become better all around martial artists.

Come see the reason that Jiu-Jitsu has become one of the fastest growing sports in the world and see why we have continued to teach since 1993. We offer classes for both adults and kids or as we call them our Small Samurai's.
